🐾 Pet Policy

​

Due to the natural environment of our reserve, we generally do not accept pets, as they can disturb the balance of local wildlife and create risks in the natural surroundings.

​

Special exception: if a guest books 3 or more cabins and travels with a pet that cannot be left in someone else’s care, admission may be considered under specific conditions:

• An additional fee of $20 per stay will apply.

• The pet must remain on a leash and under constant supervision (not loose on trails or in common areas).

• Any property damage will be charged according to the actual replacement value.

This policy is intended to maintain harmony among guests, wildlife, and the natural environment 🌿.

🔥 Events & Trash

​

• If you host an event or gathering, please bring your own trash bags and take your waste with you.

• If trash is left in the cabin or common areas, an additional cleaning/management fee will be applied.

• Currently, no kitchen is available for guest use, but we can arrange meal service in advance or provide necessary supplies.

🚭 Smoking & Vaping

​

• Allowed only on terraces or outdoor areas.

• Prohibited inside the cabins, as the smell lingers and smoking poses a fire risk.

• Please smoke/vape respectfully in shared spaces, preserving other guests’ experience.

🔇 Quiet Hours

​

• Being in a natural reserve, we protect the acoustic harmony of the forest and its inhabitants.

• From 9:00 p.m. onward, we ask for calm: speak softly inside cabins, keep music low, and close doors/windows if staying awake.

📸 Commercial Photography

​

• Allowed at no extra cost, provided that:

  • Other guests’ privacy is respected.

  • A copy of the images is shared with us.

  • Reserva Los Nogales is mentioned in publications.

  • Material for public use is pre-approved by management.

🦉 Living Nature

​

• Our forest neighbors (birds, frogs, insects, small mammals) may appear around or even in your cabin. They are part of the magic of this place 🌿.

• Please treat them with respect and let them pass peacefully. If you need assistance, we’ll gladly help.

🛏️ Shared Items & Services

​

• If something listed in your cabin is missing, please ask us. Some items/services are shared among guests and residents.

🌿 Reservation & Cancellation Policy

​

1. Before Deposit

• Free cancellation or changes, no charges.

​

2. After Deposit (50%)

• Deposits are non-refundable, but always honored as credit valid for 18 months.

• Credits are transferable to future stays, experiences, or another person.

​

3. Within 14 Days of Arrival

• The deposit is normally retained, as the cabin was blocked.

• However, in the spirit of reciprocity, we may offer partial credits or flexibility for a future stay, valid up to 12 months.

​

4. No-Show (no arrival & no notice)

• Deposit is fully retained and no credit is issued.
