Now we can say we have a clear sustainable farming path: Bio-intensive agriculture method - Syntropic agriculture - Food forests approach and Bill Molison’s permaculture concepts.

Our goal is to transform the hospitality and tourism buisness into a regenerative model that can show a path to a more sustainable and better world.
Our menu changes over the seasons, the availability of our crops and the needs of our guests. You’ll find a lot of greens, starch like yuca and malanga, plantains and bananas, all of them prepared in very innovative ways.
