Reservation & Cancellation Policy
At Reserva Los Nogales, we believe in trust, abundance, and fairness.
Our policies are designed so that no one truly loses: your contribution always remains as a door open to return.
🛏️ Reservations

To confirm a booking, we request a 50% deposit of the total stay.

The remaining 50% is paid at check-out, together with any additional services or products consumed during the stay.
📅 Cancellation & Changes
1. Before Deposit

Free cancellation or changes, no charges.
2. After Deposit (50%)

Deposits are non-refundable, but always honored as credit valid for 18 months.

Credits are transferable to future stays, experiences, or another person.
3. Within 14 Days of Arrival

The deposit is normally retained, as the cabin was blocked.

However, in the spirit of reciprocity, we may offer partial credits or flexibility for a future stay, valid up to 12 months.
4. No-Show (no arrival & no notice)

Deposit is fully retained and no credit is issued.
